Management Of Trust

The persons named below shall constitute the Board of Trustees (here in after referred to as the "First Trustees" or "Trustees" or "Board" which expression shall, unless executed by or repugnant to the context, include both in singular and/or plural, masculine and/or feminine). These trustees are entrusted withthe responsibility of managing the objects of the trust.

Every day, we get information about children suffering in many ways ,other forms of injustice that tend to make us numb. The wails and moans of the victims inspired us to build a foundation that will serve as their voices.

Sri Samayapurathammal Charitable Trust exists to help not only the needy children in terms of education, counselling, medical as well as livelihood opportunities for their parents and to many needy people in many ways. The Trust will be working with local and international network of charitable institutions to finance its programs towards uplifting the lives of needy

ln times of darkness, there's always a ray of hope that will light the path towards building new lives. We will only act as the instrument of hope, but the way towards breathing a new Iife will depend on the individual's sense of mission.

The world will be a better place to live in if everyone contribute their time and a little resource to support the cause of the needy. We bridge the access of the disadvantaged children to important services to break the chain of abuse and poverty.

Changing the life of a child will have ripple effects in making an impact in the world they live in .The children are the future of lndia and We will work towards helping achieve that dream. Changing the life of a child will have ripple effects in making an impact in the world .

Presently Rs.500 crore project work for the development of the poor and needy in the villages is under Progress.

objectives Of The Trust

To render service in the field of Environment, Education, public Health and Medical Relief to the deserved poor and needy people, free of cost, irrespective of caste, creed, color or religion of any Age and the promotion of peace and human understanding.
To establish, maintain and run Schools, Colleges, lndustrial Training center, educational training centre research and developments units and allied educational institutions and to run hospitals.
To promote education, including special education, vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly, economically backward and the differently abled by providing free of cost education, conducting social, educational, cultural and community development programmes such as lectures, demonstrations, seminars, workshops, conferences, etc and to train livelihood enhancement projects.
To promote and imparting knowledge of religion by organizing religious programs with the help of Religious Priests & Saints and to spread the teachings & thoughts of great philosophers, thinkers, reformers and saints of all Religion.
Organizing religious, events, marriage of poor and people and to take complete responsibility of the same.
To renovate or repair any such temple mosque, gurudwara, church or other places which is notified by Central Government in the Official Gazette to be historic, archaeological or artistic importance or to be a place of public worship of renown throughout any State or States.
To conduct Farmers Development Programmes, and supporting Sponsorships through Procurement and distribution of agricultural and allied products.
To help in the preservation of cattle, useful animals, supporting farmers in poultry farming and other agricultural allied activities.
To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind to poor and/or destitute people, widows, etc" for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor and needy persons.
To improve quality education by preparation and usage of innovative learning material and adopting scientific teaching, techniques and technologies by the expertise teaching of faculties in different facets of the educatlon field.
To start, maintain and assist relief measures in those parts which are or become subjected to natural calamities such as flood, fire, drought, famine, cyclong earth-quake, epidemic, storm, accident, pestilence, etc.
Promoting awareness among general public about environment and to spread the impoftance of environment protection, Forestation, Plantation, Waste Land Management.
To establish, maintain or grant aid the establishment or maintenance of wells, tube-wells, tanks, water reservoirs, trees for agricultural farmers and constructions of and repairs of paths, roads, bridges etc. for the use of the public.
To acquire and takeover all or any part of the immovable or movable properties or any society, Trust of lnstitution having similar objective or any one whomsoever for the purpose of the society in future.
To publish and or publishing books, pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers in lndia or outside for the spread and advancement of education and culture.
To enter into any arrangement, contract or partnership with any Government Founder/ Managing Trustee or persons whomsoever and to obtain from any Government, Quasi-Government, Founder/ Managing Trustee or persons such rights concessions and privileges as the Trust may think fit or desirable and to obtain, carry over, exercise and comply with any such arrangement, contract, privileges, right or concession.
To open fund, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain hospitals, charitable dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, consultant homes, hospices, sanatoriums, hostels, orphanage, old age homes and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providing medical and other relief to the suffering humanities without any discrimination.
To accept donations, endowments, gifts, devises, bequests (real or personal) in the form of cash or kind, grants-in-aid and subscriptions for all or any of the purposes of the Trust on such terms and conditions as the trust may consider reasonable and fit.
To support, aid, contribute, fund any organization directly or indirectly through proper channels or institutions whether belonging to the Government sector, Non-Government Organizations or similar Trust Organizations and/or worthy individuals whose activities and objectives are aimed at the broad causes similar with Trust, social and rural development in areas like Communications, Telecom, Health, Education, lnfrastructure, Internet use spread amongst others.
To promote any non-profit Organization to render service to the society through the participation of the members and carrying on any engineering or technical or any other consultancy activities that would generate revenue to be put back into the Trust.
To do such other lawful activities which are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust.
